Non-refundable deposits of $500.00 and a signed Buyer Agreement can be placed to hold a puppy. Deposits will be prioritized by order of the date received, and deposit holders may choose from available puppies. If there are more deposits submitted that puppies available, the remaining deposits will be held in order received until all puppies are paid in full and transfer of ownership has occurred. After all puppies have been released, remaining deposit holders will be refunded the amount of deposit.

Below is the Attachment for downloading the Buyer Agreement. It is to be read, filled and signed where applicable and mailed with the non-refundable $500.00 deposit to Patti Long, 417 County Road 255, Etta, MS 38627. Submission of Buyer Agreement by email to lbbostons@gmail.com will be accepted, but the order of deposit holders will only be determined by the date payment is received.  Acceptable forms of payment for deposit include a cashier's check or personal check (with valid driver's license number printed) made out to Patti Long. 

 

In the event that a personal check cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, the Buyer will be notified and will be responsible for prompt payment of deposit in addition to any fees incurred by the Seller by financial institutions. If the Buyer is unable to provide prompt sufficient payment of Deposit, they forfeit their position in the order of deposit holders.
